State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-08-02
US state privacy laws — the CCPA/CPRA in California, and comparable statutes in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and elsewhere — require specific disclosures. Those are set out here, supplementing our Privacy Policy.
Applicable Categories
Three categories are relevant. Identifiers such as IP address and cookie IDs. Internet activity, meaning your interaction with pages on this site. And contact information, which exists only if you supplied it. The sources are your device and, where engaged, our analytics and advertising partners.
Selling and Sharing
No personal information is exchanged for money. But where advertising runs on this site, cookie and device identifiers may go to advertising partners, and the broad statutory definitions of ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ can capture that. It is opt-out-able — see Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share data belonging to minors under 16.
Rights Under Applicable Law
You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, get a copy in portable form, and opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Several states additionally grant a right to appeal if we decline. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights — no price difference, no degraded access.
Making a Request
Contact hello@tinyremake.com with what you need. An opt-out can also be signalled technically, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honour it automatically. We verify requests by replying to the sending address, meet the deadlines state law imposes, and allow an authorised agent to act on your behalf with written authorisation.
